Chekad Tooling Gelcoats is based on Vinyl ester resin and has a very good impact, heat and, chemical resistant. Due to the good mechanical properties and high thermal resistance of vinyl ester, molds and parts produced with this gelcoat will have better performance and longer durability than polyester gelcoats. This Gelcoat is a good choice to produce huge industrial molds.

Based on the application, Chekad Tooling Gelcoat will be provided with one of the below codes:

• GC 1000 H/S – VinylEster Tooling Gelcoat
• GC 5000 H/S – Modified VinylEster Tooling Gelcoat

All Chekad Gelcoats have an unlimited color option and clear type. Ranges of colors are open upon request (A color sample or RAL code is needed for color paste and Gelcoat color matching), and also this Gelcoat will be provided with hand layup and spray up viscosities upon request.
