Shimi Pooshesh Kala Company was founded in 2000 with the benefit of 30 years of scientific experience in the paints and resins industry. The company, under the brand name Chakad, began its activities by producing putty, primer, and automotive paints. Subsequently, it expanded into the composite industry by manufacturing unsaturated polyester resins, gelcoat, coloring pastes, and other related raw materials.
In the subsequent years, Shimi Pooshesh Kala expanded its product range by establishing a production line for powder polyester and powder epoxy resins, and in 2021, with increased capacity to 10,000 tons of powder resins annually, it was able to supply the needs of a significant part of the powder coating market in Iran country.
Currently, after more than two decades of activity and several stages of development, the company’s products are categorized into two specialized sections:
Composite Raw Material Production:
Includes unsaturated polyester resins and related products such as fiberglass, gelcoats, color pastes, accelerators, flame retardants, and epoxy adhesives.
Powder Coating Raw Material Production:
Focuses on manufacturing various powder resins, including polyester, polyurethane, Primid, and epoxy, as well as fillers and additives necessary for the production of electrostatic powder coatings.
Supplying a comprehensive range of products needed for the industry
Shimi Pooshesh Kala, in partnership with its subsidiary, Ana Baspar Tejarat company, operates in importing and supplying other essential raw materials and products required by the powder coating, paint, composites, adhesives and stone industries. It continuously endeavors to meet the needs of its clients and industry professionals by supplying their needed materials.
