Chekad Fire Retardant Gelcoats are typically used for indoor places where there is a risk of fire. They are ideal where chemical and mechanical resistance is not necessary but fire retardant is required, like bus and train panels, GRP furniture and etc.

Chekad Fire retardant gelcoats are provided with below codes:

GC 1000 FR: Fire retardant Vinyl Ester Gelcoat.
GC 2000 FR: Fire retardant ISO Gelcoat.
GC 3000 FR: Fire retardant Ortho Gelcoat.

If kept in 25°C room temperature and with pails lid closed, its shelf life would be 3 months, while if the Gelcoat contains Cobalt, its shelf life would be 1 month.
