Powder Coating Additives

Chekad supplies a wide range of additives for powder coating system from South Sea Chemical (SSC) company. Detailed information are as follows:

GLP288	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 1-1.5%wt.
GLP388	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 0.7-1.5%wt.
GLP588	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 0.7-1.5%wt.
GLP788	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 5-1.2%wt.
GLP1202	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 0.5-1.5%wt.
BLC701	Can be applied in all categories of powder coatings It is developed to correct imperfection such as craters, pinholes and fisheyes. The dosage of BLC701 is about 0.5-1.5% of total formulation.
BLC701B	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. The dosage of BLC701B in formulation is about 0.5-1.5% wt.
GLP100	It can be applied in all kinds of powder coatings. Dosage: 0.7-2%.

W1	Flowing additive	It can help to reduce the film melt viscosity. W-1 advances the fluidity of the melt coatings. The dosage of W-1 is about 0.5-1.5%wt.

Benzoin	An organic compound which is used for degassing in powder coating. Dosage is about 0.3-0.8% of whole formulation.
Benzoin (Powder)	Can be applied in all system powder coating. Dosage is between 0.36-0.96%.
XP103	It applied in all types of powder coatings. The dosage of XP103 is 1-3%.

TGIC	Hardener	Good heat resistance weather resistance adhesion excellent high-temperature stability compared with BPA resins. It’s widely used as a curing agent (cross-linker) for outdoor polyester powder coatings.
T105	Curing Agent	Is suitable for the production of outdoor polyester powder coating (HAA). low toxicity and no skin irritation Curing condition ranges from 2000C/5 mins to 1500/20 mins, 1800C/15 mins.
T105M	Curing Agent	Could be used in similar way as T105, with less dosage of Benzoin. Low toxicity, no corrosion, no flammability, no irritant to skin, good durability. Surface obtained good flow & less yellowing.
GHF2250	Epoxy Curing Agent	Is a kind of phenolic resin which can cure fast under low temperature. It Can react with normal epoxy resin.
DICY	Epoxy Curing Agent	It is used as curing agent in pure epoxy powder coatings. It is characteristics of good adhesion.
JG803A	Curing Accelerator	Can be used as hardener in high reactive epoxy resin powder coating and as accelerator in dicyandiamide or hybrid powder coating. Curing condition in epoxy formulation ranges from 1200C/30 min to 2000C/5 mins.

XG610H	Matting Agent	Is kind of compound matting agent containing carboxyl. The dosage of XG610H is 1-5%. Gloss range from 4-40%	–
XG620A	Matting Agent	Is kind of compound matting agent for Hybrid system. The dosage of XG620A is 1-4%. Gloss range from 5-15%	–
XG640A	Matting Agent	Is a kind of compound matting agent based on acrylic resin. The dosage of XG640A is 1-5%. Gloss range from 2-40%	–
XG640B	Matting Agent	Is kind of compound matting agent based on acrylic resin. The dosage of XG640B is 1-5%. Gloss range from 2-3%	–
XG640K	Matting Agent	Is an acrylic resin-based compound agent. The dosage of XG640K is 1-3%. It is suitable for 10-30% gloss formulations. Gloss range from 10-30%	–
XG605W	Matt Hardener	Can be applied in TGIC or hybrid powder coating system. The dosage of XG605W is 5-8% of resins, suitable for matt finishes with 30-60% gloss(°60) Gloss range from 30-60%	–
XG607C	Matting Agent	Is kind of composite matting agent. The dosage of XG607C is 1-6%. Gloss range from 20-50%
XG628	Matting Agent	Is kind of composite matting agent. The dosage of XG607C is 3-7%. Gloss range from 8-40%	–
XG665	Matt Hardener	Can be applied in HAA or TGIC powder coatings system. In HAA systems gloss level is less than 5% @°60 angel. In TGIC system, it’s less than 20%	–

XG605-1A	Special Texture Agent	Is specially made for producing wrinkle powder coatings. It is mostly applied in Epoxy, Hybrid powder coatings systems.
BBM	Cameo Agent	Is poly-acrylate which may be used to produce hammer tone powder coatings. Both BBM and BBWK can be applied in Epoxy, Hybrid and Polyester powder coatings systems The dosage of BBM and BBWK is about 0.1-2% of total formulation.
SW301B	Sand-Texture Agent	Applicable to all kinds of powder coating. Is specially made for producing Sand-texture powder coatings. The dosage of SW301B is about 0.02-0.5% .
SW301C	Sand-Texture Agent	Applicable to all kinds of powder coating. Is specially made for producing Sand-texture powder coatings. The dosage of SW301C is about 0.5-1.0%.

TB-1	Tribo-electric Agent	It can be used in all kinds of powder coating. Improve the electric charging property of the powder. Dosage: 1-4%.
